HOW TO BUY FAIR TRADE COFFEE
Buying Fair Trade Certified Coffee in Stores:
You are committed to fair trade, you are at the store, and you want to buy coffee. What do you do?
First, look for the label:
Many stores already carry Fair Trade Certified Coffee, such as

The following brands are often sold in grocery stores, specialty stores, and food coops. On the package, check for the Fair Trade Certified™ label -- not every company is 100% fair trade!
• Equal Exchange (100% of their product line is fair trade)
• Green Mountain (look for the label!)
• Seattle's Best (look for the label!)
• Dunkin' Donuts (look for the label!) |
If you don't see it, ask the Store Manager to carry Fair Trade Certified™ coffee. Join others in asking the following stores to meet consumer demands for fairly traded products:
