Stand With Africa: A Campaign of Hope.
Stand With Africa is a joint campaign of Lutheran World Relief and the ELCA World Hunger Program.
Through the advocacy portion of the campaign, Stand With Africa seeks to influence the U.S. government as it makes decisions that touch the lives of African people.
Stand With Africa draws on the vitality of churches, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and communities to overcome HIV/AIDS, produce enough food to eat and sell, and build peace at the grassroots. The campaign listens to the African partners, reflects their priorities, strengthens them, collaborates with them and supports cooperation among them.
